Really, how do you as an American citizen really respect and trust this guy? Tonight as I type this post, the administration is considering a unilateral strike on Syria, when England has said outright they will not go along with an attack as the facts stand now. He is giving all the vibes he will not cooperate with consulting with Congress.
What the f— is going on here folks?! You all know my position about PPACA (Obamination Care), and here are two more links to just make you want to scream, if you have any attention and conscience to what is appropriate and fair:
Honestly, isn’t the hypocrisy and frank cronyism just disgusting to witness? I think this man is almost ready to become brazenly antisocial with society, and so many of you have no clue how to confront him, after all, he is AN ELECTED OFFICIAL, not a goddamn King. But, you know what, this is how antisocial people get away with things as long as they can, your indifference, rationalizing, and sheer ignorance of boundaries and consequences is how the antisocial succeeds in disrupting people and societies. Again, the indulgence of society is free reign for those who prey and benefit inappropriately.
Maybe others will write about this now or even before this post is printed, but mark my words, if Obama gets away with authorizing a strike on Syria and does not get approval of Congress, and then major consequences play out, I really hope the loudest and most prevalent supporters of him and his ilk suffer as much if not more than the rest of America. The only way people seem to learn, if at all, is to get burned after touching that proverbial stove, and man, I hope some people are so oblivious and clueless to what they are touching, the ramifications for this blind loyalty are pronounced and prolonged.
As I warned readers coming here since Wednesday, I would rant with a post or two. But this is more than a rant, this is an omen!
addendum Aug 31: hmm, guess not just me about not having faith in this guy based on his actions and behind the scenes behaviors; Ask the British:
Here’s my favorite part in the article:
“Obama’s occasional photo ops with Cameron mask a horrifying truth underneath, that President Obama has obliterated the Anglo-American alliance since he took office, and is arguably one of the most anti-British Presidents of all time.
When President Obama took office, one of his first moves was to remove a bust of Churchill that Bush had been given by Tony Blair in the wake of 9/11. It was a symbol that Britain stood by America, and Obama’s disposal of it spoke volumes. The Anglo-American alliance was a relic of the Bush era, and would be swept away.
Other swipes, such as Obama’s false reference to BP as “British Petroleum,” his declaration that America had “no stronger ally” than France, the senior State Dept. official who said about Britain, “You’re just the same as the other 190 countries in the world. You shouldn’t expect special treatment” and the fact that not a single senior member of the Obama administration attended the funeral of Margaret Thatcher, all give indications about how Britain is seen in Obama’s America.
Yet the most galling snub to Britain comes in the form of the Falkland Islands dispute. Although British territory for centuries, and in the face of a population that consistently votes over 98% in favor of remaining British, Argentina have attempted to claim the Islands as their own.
After losing a war against Britain in the 1980’s, Argentina adopted a new tactic, calling for ‘negotiations’ to the sovereignty of the Islands, hoping to at least get a chunk of the land. The Obama administration, speaking through then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, sided against their best ally, and with Kirchner’s Argentina, demanding Britain sit down with Argentina and negotiate sovereignty of the British territory under the pretense of neutrality.
All this contributes to a strong signal from the Obama administration that Britain is really not that important to America anymore.”
Hey, if your own ally for over many decades is saying “screw you”, well, ignore their opinion at your own peril. Alliances are earned with new leaders. Arrogance and dissing, er, dismissing your friends is what an antisocial does.
Frankly, to be a friend of Obama’s is to risk not seeing when the convenience to him is over. But, Keep those blinders on partisan loyalists. Idiots!
