Image  Dr Fink wrote a wonderful column I just read tonight after getting home from a long day.  I link it for everyone to read who does not have access to “Clinical Psychiatry News”, as it puts a lot of issues I feel strongly about in perspective, he says it nicer than I do, and maybe after reading it, you might agree!

I like a sentence near the end that sums up most of medical care these days, why I am weary and not motivated for my first physical in years coming up in a couple of months:

“The jump to medicines in general medicine and psychiatry is not good.”

And there it is!!!
